Tile installation with Schlüter-DITRA is now even easier and more efficient. Designed with innovative air-release vents, the membrane allows cavities to be filled effortlessly with fewer trowel passes, while pre-formed EasyCut gridlines ensure straight, precise cutting every time. Enhanced undercuts provide even stronger anchoring of tiles to the membrane for long-term performance.

Schlüter-DITRA is a high-performance polypropylene uncoupling membrane featuring square, dovetailed EasyFill recesses and an anchoring fleece laminated to the underside. When used beneath tile coverings, it delivers multiple critical functions in a single system: uncoupling, waterproofing, vapour pressure equalisation, and load distribution.

Installed using a suitable thin-bed tile adhesive, DITRA creates a durable bonded assembly that protects tiled surfaces from substrate movement, moisture damage, and stress-related cracking—making it ideal for both residential and commercial applications.

Application & Function
